to the Naruto Fan-Team club! Reason for this club is, theres a lot of Naruto Fan-Characters everywhere now, and here you can build your own team for the village you are in! It's a great chance to make new friends and have fun!

You do not have to have an original character to join; You can make up one along the way!

Incase you cant tell, that isnt a happy face. It seems as though all these updates go to a bit of a waste. Please, everyone, Read these updates!

I refuse to type in caps because I figure bold, underline, and italics is enough emphasis to the point where everyone will understand, but maybe not.

The original shinobi contest is, and has been over. We have moved onto a new contest, our second one, of Celebrating holidays. Contest deadline is July 22nd. Voting is between July 23rd-28th.

You receive 3 weeks to complete a piece, and I think thats plenty of time.

Sigh. Everyone, please, please, please read the updates. You're not doing us a favor by not knowing whats going on... I realize everyone makes mistakes, and Im not pointing fingers, but we update once every week. Thats not too much to handle, is it?

Also, if you plan on joining, read the rules. -___- You just make yourself seem foolish.

Hnn. On a bit of lighter news: ... There is none. Wait! I uploaded ~ shibbyshasta's winning image into our gallery for you all to observe. Im hoping if you feel the need to leave a comment, you will go to her original piece and leave it there. That way she'll receive it on her account and not ours.

Once again, congrats to ~shibbyshasta! Your prize will be uploaded into our account asap.

New contest: I realize America is on the brink of shambles, with Michael Moore's new movie, Fahrenheit 9/11 out in theaters, but... That has nothing to do with DeviantART, or the people of this community!

This comming Sunday with be the 4th of July, and I decided not to pass up the opportunity to celebrate using explosives!

But I also realize that not everyone in our club is in America. [Lucky people, in my opinion. >__>;] With that said, you are all free to pick any celebration relating to any country and illustrate it using either:

Your character
Your character, along with the existing Naruto characters [Not all of them. Just whoever you want XD]
Your character and their team, whomever they may be.

Your character must be in the picture! This is also a celebration, so draw something fun!

Now, Im assuming that most entries will have a Japanese related scene, seeing as how Naruto originates from Japan, and thats perfectly fine. But I figured, some of you might have another culture you think is oh-so-interesting, and you might want to use that instead of something Japanese.

Why did I pick the month of July to celebrate any culture, when this is the American month to celebrate?

Who cares? Just be creative and draw something! XD Besides, I know other countries celebrate their holidays in July. ; Hn!

Im looking forward to many entries, hopefully about the same amount as last time. I enjoyed seeing how unique they all were- From their appearance, right down to their stories. Much fun!

Also- The deadline is on July 22nd. Voting will be between the 23rd-28th, and the winner will be revealed on the 29th. Same thing, just like the last contest. Hope you all find it convenient. I will reply to notes and comments sometime this weekend. Im not feeling too well right about now, so I'll leave all the rest for later.

Hmmmm. Changed some things around. Are we any more organized than we used to be? ;;; I hope so...

I finished replying to notes and adding everyone where they should be. Nyah~

And now for The Contest:

We got a lot of really nice entries. A grand total of 31! As for the voting... Well... Only 5 people voted.

Out of a total, we have 102 members. Something is not right here....

But, I thank you to those who did vote. Very kind of you. And of course, to those who entered contest entries. Couldnt have a contest or voting without the entries!

Next time we hold a contest and dont have an appropriate amount of voters though, we will pick the winner. Yes. The admins. I mean, you cant form much of a consensus with 5 whole votes, but... This time we were able to. So... The contest winner for this month is

I will be noting her shortly, and of course, with her permission, upload the winning image into this account for you all to see. Also, a prize must be given! I will allow her to choose as she likes, and it will also be uploaded here.
